When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped the first business day after order placement. Please allow 1 to 6 business days for delivery in USA. For International, it would vary from 3 to 21 days based, on buyer's location.
 

I was not home when the courier attempted delivery. What do I do?

Monitor your shipment directly from your shipment confirmation email and contact Customer Care to assist you in contacting the courier for a second delivery attempt. Customer Care Email: ContactUs@AamiraA.com
 

What time will the courier delivery my package?

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday during the daytime from about 9am – 6pm. We suggest that you use an address where there is always someone available to receive your package.
 

How can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a refund. 

Returns are processed for a refund of the value of the returned merchandise only and not the shipping fee.
Please send an email to: ContactUs@AamiraA.com to request a Return Authorization Number.

AamiraA LLC reserves the right to accept returns that adhere to the following terms and conditions only:
  • Return request must be received online as indicated above.
  • All original tags must be intact including the AamiraA LLC product tag with its security cord.
  • Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition as they received and packaged in an orderly fashion.
  • Returns must be packaged in the AamiraA LLC box or in any box deemed adequate to protect the items during shipment.
  • Merchandise must be returned from the same country as the original shipment.
  • Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

AamiraA LLC reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.
 

The item I received is not what I expected can I exchange it for another item?

Yes. Amount of new product should be same or more. Buyer has to pay the shipping cost of exchange product.
 

I want to buy something else when I return my item. Can I use that credit?

Yes! We are happy to help you in all aspects to make your shopping experience great!


When will I receive my refund?

When the merchandise arrives back to our warehouse it will be inspected and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow three days for your return request to be processed. The refunded amount corresponds to the value of the merchandise.

Refunds to your credit card or check will be made to the same card as the original order. Processing time may vary by the credit card holder’s Bank Institution: normally the amount will appear on your next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund request.
 
Refunds for items paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account.
 

I cut off the brand tags and the AamiraA LLC product tag; can I still return the item?

No. Items must be new and with all the tags fully intact as they were received.
